This Anti-Slavery Statement outlines our commitment to preventing and addressing modern slavery and sets out the steps we are taking to achieve this.

OMN is dedicated to promoting and upholding ethical and responsible practices throughout our organization, including our grant programs. We are committed to:
Compliance with Laws: Ensuring that our operations, including our grant programs, comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to modern slavery and human trafficking.
Transparency: Providing transparency in our grant programs, operations, and supply chains to identify and assess the risk of modern slavery.
Risk Assessment: Conducting regular risk assessments to identify areas where modern slavery may occur, both within our organisation and within our supply chains, including our grant programs.
Grant Evaluation: Evaluating grant applications and recipients to ensure that they do not engage in or support modern slavery, forced labor, or human trafficking.

Reporting Mechanisms: Establishing clear and confidential reporting mechanisms for employees, grant evaluators, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report suspicions of modern slavery in relation to grant applications and programs.

We require grant applicants and recipients to adhere to our Anti-Slavery and Ethical Practices Policy and provide assurances that they are not involved in modern slavery, forced labor, or human trafficking.
We monitor the use of grant funds to ensure they are used for their intended purpose and do not contribute to modern slavery.

OMN will continuously monitor and review its efforts to combat modern slavery within its grant programs and supply chains. We will assess our policies, procedures, and practices to identify areas for improvement and will take corrective action as needed to enforce this commitment.
